Sketchnoting
When I started taking sketchnotes, I discovered improvements in my working memory, visual expression, and even my speaking technique. If looking at sketchnotes makes your brain light up, I encourage you to give sketchnoting a try the next time you attend a presentation. If you make it through, give it another try, and another, and see what you gain over time.
